Refund policy

Please let us know if there is anything wrong with your order and email us at info@ome-matcha.com with your order number. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Perishable goods like Matcha are exempt from being returned once being opened. Please note that the cost of a return is covered by you.
