Shipping to Belgium

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and will be able to follow your order via a track & trace link.

Your order should be delivered within 1-3 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Shipping to Belgium is free of charge above €40 order value. For orders below €40, a shipping cost of €5,00 will be charged.

Shipping to other countries of the European Union

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and will be able to follow your order via a track & trace link.

Your order should be delivered within 1-5 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation. All orders abroad are delivered in pickup point selected by BPOST.

Shipping to the countries of the European Union is free of charge above €60 order value. For orders below €60, a shipping cost of €10 will be charged.

Other international Shipping

For the moment we only offer shipping to the countries of the European Union: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

For orders shipped to Belgium, if you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ome-matcha with your name and order number, and we will look into it.

For orders shipped to other countries, if you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ome-matcha with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
